I am currently accepting new clients for in-person therapy in Scottsdale, AZ at 4300 N Miller Road, STE 241 and online video or teletherapy sessions. I work weekdays and three evenings per week until 7:00 or 8:00 pm. 

Initial Phone Call

I like to have a brief phone call to see how I can help. Please call 215-779-5575.  If you get voicemail, please list times when you wish to be called back. You can also go to the form at the bottom of this page or email d@drweibel.com and provide a summary of what you are seeking, and list times you wish to be called. 

During the call you can ask questions, and I will ask:

1. What do you want help with? 

You can answer in a few minutes, providing an overview. I might ask questions to understand. 

2. Do you wish to use insurance?

I accept insurance to provide more access to care. I am an in-network provider for the following insurance plans: 

AZ Blue - Arizona Blue Cross

Aetna

Medicare, standard (the red, white, & blue card), & some Medicare advantage

United / United Behavioral Healthcare (UBH)/ Optum

Oscar -through Optum

Independence Blue Cross (IBX)

We will also need to know a bout: 

· Any deductible, which resets January 1.  

· How much of any deductible is remaining?

· Copay  

3 ways to determine the deductible and copay: 

· You call your insurance company or research your plan

· Our biller does a benefits check after the first session, verifying the deductible and copay.  

· Our biller does a benefits check before we begin with your insurance ID # and birthdate. 

After the first session, our billing person will submit to your insurance company and verify any deductibles and copays. For cash-paying clients, who do not wish to use insurance, the fee is $250 for the first 60-minute session and $200 for each subsequent 50-minute session.  For those without insurance or who do not wish to use insurance, the No Surprises Act applies. 

Once we decide to work together, I will send an email inviting you to Simple Practice, where you can pick appointment times.
